§2 Terms of use for the nofdp IDSS
The nofdp IDSS is not being sold or surrendered to you, but is merely being placed at your disposal for simple use pursuant to the terms of this end user licensing agreement.
You are permitted to use the nofdp IDSS or models and information contained therein for commercial purpose, on the condition that notification in this regard is sent to huebner@ihwb.tu-darmstadt.de giving your name, institution and e-mail address.
You are not permitted to use the example data stored in the nofdp IDSS in either encrypted of unencrypted for commercial purposes.
You are not permitted to use the encrypted or unencrypted example data and models supplied with the nofdp IDSS outside of the nofdp IDSS environment.
The nofdp IDSS logo, a copyright notice, the European logo and the NWE logo must be positioned, clearly visible, on all screen presentations and all results of the nofdp IDSS presented in analogue form.
All brands and trademarks mentioned in the nofdp IDSS and, subject to third-party proprietary rights where applicable, shall be unconditionally subject to the respectively applicable intellectual property rights and proprietary rights of the respectively registered owner.
§3 Transfer
You are permitted to transfer the nofdp IDSS to third parties as a whole.
§4 Duplication
Duplication, including the use of machine playback units, is only permitted for the complete version, under the condition that notification in this regard be sent to huebner@ihwb.tu-darmstadt.de stating your name, institution and e-mail address.
§5 Modifications
You are not permitted to modify the source code in the compiled version of the nofdp IDSS, or to reverse engineer or decompile the nofdp IDSS, or parts thereof. The source code is available for further development outside of the nofdp copyright subject to the LGPL license.
§6 Disclaimer
The authors of the nofdp IDSS accept no responsibility whatsoever for the up-to-datedness, correctness, completeness or quality of the models, information and calculations provided.
Liability claims against the authors of the nofdp IDSS in respect of material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information offered or by defective or incomplete information are in principle excluded provided that there is no evidence of culpable intent or gross negligence on the part of the authors.
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the nofdp IDSS. Should parts or individual passages of this text not, no longer or not completely conform to the applicable legal status, the remaining parts of the document shall remain unaffected by this in terms of their content and validity.
