The nofdp IDSS was developed from 2005 to 2008 within the INTERREG IIIB project nofdp.

Content of the nofdp IDSS website

This nofdp IDSS website serves to facilitate public access to information about nofdp IDSS software and the INTERREG III B project nofdp. The goal is to circulate accurate and up-to-date information. We shall endeavour to keep the information up to date and free of errors. Nofdp and/or the participating project partners do not, however, accept any responsibility for the content of this website. In particular, nofdp and/or the participating project partners do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against nofdp and/or the participating project partners and authors in respect of material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information offered or by the use of defective or incomplete information are in principle excluded, provided that there is no evidence of culpable intent or gross negligence on the part of nofdp and the participating project partners or authors.

The copyright for published objects created by nofdp and/or the participating project partners and authors shall remain solely with the authors of the pages. Hyperlinks to the nofdp IDSS websit

nofdp and/or the participating project partners and authors are interested in the circulation and use of nofdp IDSS software and the results of the nofdp project. For this reason, nofdp and/or the participating project partners and authors encourage the operators of third-party Internet pages, in particular of other INTERREG III B projects, to place links to the nofdp IDSS website on their own pages. However, in doing so the following conditions must be observed:

• Use for commercial, service-related or advertising purposes is prohibited.
• Clear and complete information on nofdp IDSS or the nofdp project including the URL and presentation including the unmodified nofdp IDSS logo must be provided.
• The Internet page on which a link has been placed to the nofdp IDSS website must be tested and notification hereof sent to huebner@ihwb.tu-darmstadt.de stating the URL.
• The nofdp pages may not be modified by means of frames or other interface tools etc.
• No direct links may be placed to individual documents.

Data protection

Should there be an option of entering personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, postal addresses) within the Internet offering, the disclosure of such data by the user shall be on a purely voluntary basis. Where technically possible and reasonable, all offered services may be used without disclosing such data, for instance by entering anonymous data or a pseudonym.
